My name’s Jake, I live in Provo currently, and [I] came in to get some braces. When I first walked in the door, I felt extremely welcomed. Dr. Warren is extremely friendly. He knows who we are, what we’re going through in our lives, and he cares. The team here—it seems like a big family.
