About Dr. Harvey
Dr. Benjamin Harvey was raised in both Mapleton, Utah and Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Maple Mountain High School before attending Brigham Young University. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Texas A&M (Baylor) College of Dentistry and was awarded the First Scholastic Honors Gold Medal for finishing at the top of his class. He then pursued an additional three years of orthodontic specialty training at Texas A&M. Along with obtaining his Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s Degree during residency, he became Invisalign® certified and received advanced training in clear and metal braces, and self-ligating braces, 3D-printing, and temporary anchorage devices (TAD’s/MSI’s).
Dr. Harvey is a member of both the American Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association. He is fluent in Spanish and loves connecting with patients. He is passionate about offering quality treatment in a caring manner. Continuing education allows him to be familiar with the best treatment options available. He feels blessed to be able to contribute to the community that he grew up in by providing exceptional orthodontic care.
When not doing orthodontics, Dr. Harvey enjoys spending time with his wife, Wesli, and their three sons. Some of his interests include playing and watching sports, spending time in the outdoors fishing and skiing, reading, and being involved in his local church.
