When I first walked in the door, I knew that this was going to be a place that we were going to be taken care of. Dr. Warren, I feel like, is a big brother to anybody who walks in. He is—he’s so personable. He remembers you, remembers your name. The staff here was exceptional. Didn’t matter if it was the receptionist out here or the techs that were adjusting our braces, everybody knew their job and was happy to do their job, and it was just—it made the environment and the experience that much more enjoyable.
